Update to Yien Yip Illustration Family Series

New update to my illustration site. I've just finished one of my new series "The Family Seasons Series". It's based on my friends and family and on the different stages of life we go through. Spring is school graduation. Summer is coping with starting a family when you have a long distance relationship with your significant other. Fall is the start of the family and all the problems in between. Winter is the silver years of your life.

All pieces are done in watercolour, ink and digital.

Watercoloring my favorite show!

Just updated a new piece for my site. As an homage to one of my favorite chinese shows, You're hired, I did a watercolor piece of the two main protagonists, Song and Ching. The gist of the show is an uber successful but guilt ridden business man, Song, who regrets a few of his career choices meets a broke, shopaholic loan shark, Ching. She tries to learn from his business savvy and he tries to make up for his money grubbing past and they both ultimately fail. Read more...
